Pebble Beach is a 5 star, 2 bedroom apartment in Llandudno. Located on Church Walks, near to the promenade and pier this is very desirable location.

The living room has a sofa, armchair, smart TV, and gas fire. Stairs lead down from the living room to the modern kitchen-diner with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, kitchenware, crockery, and cutlery. The round dining table comfortably seats 4 people.

The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet). The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, chest of drawers and hanging space. The family bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

At the side of the house is a courtyard with picnic table.

Pebble beach has WiFi internet connection, central heating, bed linen, and towels. Parking is on the roadside, this is a no smoking property and no pets are permitted.

The apartment is in a great location for the shops, bars and restaurants as well as the promenade, pier, and Great Orme. The A55 is a short drive away and gives quick access into Snowdonia and the rest of the North Wales coast.

This apartment has a £150 refundable accidental damage bond.  Alternatively, you can choose to pay a non-refundable £15 accidental damage waiver so you don't have to pay the bond and are protected from accidental damage claims at Pebble Beach up to a value of £150.
