Fully equipped bespoke hand-built kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. Dining area with extendable wooden table, three chairs and a cushioned window seat with storage. Wi-fi. Sleeping: Master bedroom with king size bed, underbed storage, floating bedside tables, pendant bedside lamps, full length mirror and hooks for hanging clothes. Bedroom two has two single beds (one elevated), wall lamps for reading, hooks and hangers for clothing and two large drawers. Luxury family bathroom on the first floor with a walk in rain fall shower, underfloor heating, wash basin and WC. Outside: No private parking. Public parking is available in the harbour car park. Cost covered by the owner up to the value of £5 per day by refund.
