A step leads up to the galley-style kitchen. The ground floor also has a family bathroom and a shower room, along with two coolly decorated bedrooms: a cheerful king-size room and a lovely single room with an additional pull-out single bed. Stairs go up to a delightful mezzanine floor overlooking the main living area, which makes a cosy snug with plenty of seating, including a double sofa bed. The snug opens onto a furnished balcony with far-reaching views. Outside, the front garden has a large lawn, and the terraced back garden has steps leading up to a paved patio with plenty of outdoor furniture providing a fantastic spot for dining alfresco. Pennard has a choice of great places to eat and drink, with the pretty beach at Pobbles Bay just a mile away.
